    Got my new Passport SE the other day and love it. But haven't got my contacts onto it, the device switch app just won't send my contacts. Ran it over night for 7 hours and still nothing. I have about 1200 contacts.
    When I just choose To send only my pics and calendar that transferred in minutes.

    Any ideas??? Can see how it would take that long to transfer..

    They should come over with your BlackBerry ID. I'm assuming you had a BlackBerry device before.

    Is backup pro app available for your phone?

    my contacts are really important to me so this app is great

    It saves your contacts as vcard 3.0 which is easily transferable?
