Hey ! I tried to see if this topic had already been discussed, but didn't see anything.
I just ordered a blackberry passport red from shop.blackberry.com . I live in canada, and wanted to know your personal experiences with delivery from them directly (problems, delay, time of delivery from moment of purchase, etc.)

Thanks in advance and can't wait to dive into the blackberry community again after 5 years absence

The phone I received had an issue....but delivery was fast.

I've read lots of bad on here about them... but my experiences have been fine. Took about a week for my Passport to arrive (ordered during the Black Friday special). No issues with the quality of the phone. Also, just ordered a Q5 on the current sale over the weekend and tracking has the phone arriving here on Wednesday.

I ordered a white Passport on Sunday and it will be delivered tomorrow, Tuesday. Coming from Indianapolis via FedEx international priority. Given that I ordered on a Sunday I consider this next day delivery.

EDIT... sure enough it was delivered this morning. Good job.

Thanks a bunch guys ! Exactly 15 minutes after making this thread i received an email confirmation from blackberry saying something similar as yanmahammer. Blazing fast delivery pretty impressed ! I'll just hope I don't have problems with the phone like Blackberryblade

Hope you dont get a refurb, lots of people I know didnt get brand new and then waited a month on average for a refund. Two friends got charged twice as a replacement was sent out. Took two months to get a refund for both friends in different cities. Hopefully they fixed their bad practices of trying to rip off BlackBerry fans

Shopberry takes so long to reply email.

They cause me so much difficulties by shipping my passport red at $699 when I bought at only $504. Now it's stuck I can't ship to Singapore as comgateway wan bbshop to send a email to alter the invoice...

Aren't invoice suppose to follow on the amount I pay?

Why did bbshop put $699 plus a $7.44 shipping charge?

I paid $504....

This is my worst buy.

Shopblackberry with expedited shipping takes 2-3 days, usually 2, but sometimes 3 for processing. If you are too cheap to pay $5 for FedEx expedited shipping, it may take a while lol. Have ordered many devices from them; always 2-3 days.

Just ordered myself a Z30 last night. Waited until last night to order since I didn't want it to come until at least Thursday. Figured it'll ship today. Need a new Z30 with warranty and nice price. Their Z30 stock is high so it may drop to $199, but I'm not concerned with $30. Just need the device :-)

Edit: Wow... going from Passport to Z30 really messed me up... typo fix.

I just received it. The invoice showed 499$ because i used the promotion to get the 200$ off my passport, but the invoice in my order box shows the regular price of 799$...I really hope my credit card doesnt get charged the 300$ more

That is normal. You shouldn't get charged.

How did you get $200 off the Passport? The code going around I thought was only for $100 off. If you have link for a $200 off code, could you please post it. I will call Shop BlackBerry to see if they will price adjust. Mine was $675 CDN all in.

You'll get charged whatever you paid as per your email. They always send the full price on the invoice with the phone. Have ordered around 10 devices from them; no worries!

I believe the coupon codes are now invalid because shopblackberry is doing their "spring sale". Makes sense.

Edit: Damn... going from the Z30 back to the Passport really messed up my typing lol.

Thanks. I just called ShopBlackberry and mentioned the discounted price (website) and coupon code, and the woman on the phone gave me no hassle at all. She said they were crediting my Amex $100 CDN to match the $499 price I quoted her. It worked! Said it would take 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on my card. I was pleasantly surprised. Fingers crossed it goes through.
