    Hey guys,

    i just purchased the blackberry passport earlier today. When i tried to connect the device to my mac ( blackberry link), a pop up box appear and ask me for the device passport. Now, when i first set up the phone i did not enter any password for the device. Is there a default password for it that i should know??

    i tried by-passing the password by leaving the box empty but it doesn't not allow me to click "enter" when i do that. Really confused!
    Can anyone help me out?

    Did you buy it from an auction site or Craigslist?

    There is no password as default. Someone already used this device in my opinion. Where did you buy it?

    You can return it or use autoloader and reflash the firmware.

    Hey guys, thanks for helping out. It turns out that while enabling the developer mode, I keyed in a password without realising it! Was too excited after getting the device after a long way. This is so silly!
