    Dear passport owners,

Currently im owning a blackberry z10. Its still rocking and all but soon my contracts ends. I am thinking of buying the BlackBerry passport, but first of all i got some questions.

How long does the battery REALLY last with moderate to light usage?

Does the radio also crashes sometimes like on the z10?

Currently my BlackBerry z10 battery goes down pretty fast. Soon im going to university which is on 2 hours drive. So i am looking for a smartphone with long battery life, is BlackBerry passport a good possibility?

What happens after 3, 4, 5 years when the battery is getting bad. Is there any BlackBerry service program to change the battery a la samsung galaxy s6 battery replacement service?

I am totally happy with my battery.
I seemed to have a few draining issues, but set my accounts to not sync as often and I am super happy!!

Currently, I get two days usage with moderate use - 4 email accounts syncing every 30 mins, Twitter, FB, LinkedIn, BBM, whatsapp being the apps used most often. No radio crashing on my PP; actually I am not experiencing any problems at all. As for the battery after "3, 4, 5 years", I have no idea as chances are good I will be changing phones before then.

I made the jump from the z10 to the passport and it was the best decision I made. Moderate to heavy usage from 6am to 10:30pm and usually have about 40-55% battery.

I listen to music around 8 hours per day at work with my Passport. Some facebook, some emails and texts, after a day, there is still 70% of battery left.

That's my only concern about the new BlackBerry devices without the removable batteries.
But I'm more than sure BlackBerry is aware of that as well. And will definitely have a battery replacement 'program' of sorts but at a cost just like the S6 has as well as the iPhone.

Battery life is stellar, even after several months of use. But i'm not using the BlackBerry car charger any more as it makes the device way too hot.

I am probably one of the heaviest users out there. For context, I would get two, maybe three hours out of a Z10. I get about eight to ten on the Passport.

If you don't have any issue with 'weight' and 'size' - since these are the obvious slightly 'uncomfortable' adjustments that you are going to face coming from Z10 (I still have my Z10), just go and get Passport...
