I updated both my passport and q10 to 10.3.1, I check my q10 and the settings menu has a dark theme while my passport is light. I can't figure out why or how to change my passport to dark like my q10.

There in the settings for each app

Q10 has a OLED screen and the Passport has a LED screen

All BB10 devices that use OLED screens, have some of their app themes automatically made dark , because it preserves battery on that type of screen

LED devices do not have these advantages, so they have left them white.

There are soms apps where you can change the theme ie the Agenda, Contacts app etc but the settings app sadly does not (yet) have this options
