    Currently the letter Q is assigned to change profile between normal and silent. But I want to switch between normal and vibrate. Any way to customize this??

    Yes. Go to Settings > Shortcuts and Speed Dial. Scroll down and long press on the Q. That will allow you to change it.

    It only changes between normal and silent. I don't want to change the letter assignment. Profile Switch between normal and vibrate.

    Sorry, I misread your first post. I plead lack of coffee!

    No, you can't change how that profile switches by the keyboard shortcut Q.

    You have to use the quick setting dropdown. I edited mine so it only cycles between Normal and Vibrate.

    It could be one of two things. It could be on the second page of quick settings. Pull down quick settings and swipe left to check. Or, it could be that it isn't selected to show. Go to Settings > Quick Settings. There you can select the items you want to show and/or rearrange the order in which the items appear.
