    My computer doesn't see my passport when I plug it in. I've tried using different USB ports, I've installed desktop manager as well. It's like the computer doesn't have the drivers but it is my understanding that BB Link installs the drivers already?

    What OS are you using...


    I couldn't get my Z10 to connect... until I installed the Beta version of Blend. I thik LINK is the same in that package, not sure about the device Drivers.... but it worked afterwords.

    Uninstall all things BlackBerry, reboot... and then install the Beta of BLEND .
