Due to an upgrade problem I ended up with 2 numbers on my EE account, a new number that came with my upgraded Passport and my original number still attached to my Z10. After a successful triangular port transfer, I now have just my original number operating from my Passport, i.e. my contacts see me calling them and texting from the correct number, however my device is still showing the new and deleted number within the making calls function ie My Blackberry and within settings > About > Sim Card, the incorrect Telephone number is displayed - is there a way to amend these details?

Hope you find an answer. Got the same problem on EE also. Doesn't make a difference really I suppose but drives me up the wall.

Hi, I wonder, would EE be willing to just send out another sim and register my number with it and once its activated on the phone the problem would be solved?
