    Telus in Ontario, Canada released 10.3.1 for only the Z10 and the Q10. I have the Passport and I called to find out why I did not get it yet. I assume that they haven't released it for all devices cause there is a glitch for the Passport and possibly others so I'm fine with waiting for few more days. I guess the AT&T and German releases have been a debacle for the Passport on 10.3.1. Screen flickering seem to be the issue

    I'm using my Passport on T-Mobile Austria and I got an update to 10.3.1.1565 even they don't sell Passport and I got mine from Amazon
