    Hi,

    Just bought my shiny new passport and have run into an issue.. BlackBerry Link won't let me transfer my data. It says the software on the Passport is older than the Q10. Both phones are completely up to date, to I can't download a newer version.

    How can I get Link to transfer so I can actually use the phone?

    A friend of mine had a similar issue. Once the Z30 (if I recall) was at the same OS load as the Passport, all worked fine.

    OP, you may have to use Sachesi and downloaded OS files on a computer/laptop to get the Passport on the same OS version as your Q10.

    Or wait for your carrier to release an OS version for the Passport as high as your Q10 which could be a long wait.
