i cant copy my picture/videos to me pc from my pc through bb link, it showing nothing in my device,

how can i solve this . i reinstalled the link several times nothing upgraded.

Have you installed Blend? If not try it.

Sounds like the drivers for your phone are not automatically downloading. Try turning your phone off, plugging it in, then turning it on again. Or, if you have another usb port on your computer, see if plugging into that one would trigger the driver download.
Also, are you using Windows or Mac?

ETA: also, on your phone go into settings>storage and access>access using usb>enable mass storage mode. Should work now

You can also use it as a network device. On the phone go into settings, storage and access, turn on access using wifi, It will ask for a password - put in the one you want. Use windows file explorer and click on network, if your phone isn't listed refresh it. The first time you click on it, it will ask for a user name and password. The user name is blackberry and the password will be the one you chose. You can click on don't ask again.

If you are connecting with a wired connection check these...

You may have turned on "Charge only" for the USB connection.

Or possibly you may have switched on "Encrypt media card".

Both of these restrict access to the memory, to stop malicious access to your data when you plug things into the microUSB port.

actually link can detect my set, i already updated my q10's os through that. it can creatre backups, but dont find any media file(pic,video,song,doc). i reinstall the link but same result. no idea why?

yes that is on, using mobile data is off, though i dont use mobile internet i use wifi. but i connected my fone through usb and allow connection is on.
