    Hi Guys, I updated my Passport OS to 10.3.0.908 last night and I realized this morning that I can no longer launch Blackberry World. "An error has occurred and Blackberry World must close. Try waiting a few minutes and then reopen Blackberry World."

    Been trying to get in for the past 8 hours using both WIFI and 3G but no dice. Any one of you have the same problem or solution to this?

    Have u rebooted?? Ie hold both up and down volume buttons till the blackberry logo pops up then let go and let it boot up as normal.

    If that doesn't work, maybe you need to wipe and re-load the OS again and see if that fixes it. And don't restore any of your backup for time being, once you have got it working then restore but for the love of god do not restore the settings part of your backup...causes no end of issues.

    If you have updated the os and always have mobile data turned off, try turning mobile data on for a short while and open BBW, no need to download anything. Not wifi but mobile data. Think mobile data needed initially for your BlackBerry ID. Once communicated with BlackBerry seems OK to leave mobile data off. Turn mobile data off and BlackBerry World should still work.

    Edit: Sorry you already tried 3G? You checked 3G working, is browser OK?

    Hi Spawn, yup i did reboot my phone a couple of times but the issue persist. I am downloading the latest updates now 10.3.1.1151, I do hope it will resolve the issue. Thanks mate!

    Hi Spawn and gg bb, I did a security wipe last night and the issue persist. Not sure why but when i woke up this morning checking on the Blackberry World again before running the update 10.3.0.908, all is well again. Never had this before when I was using my Z10 a year ago.

    Anyway thanks for all the help and am glad I chose Blackberry again.

    This typically occurs on a poor or slow connection. See this most often on WiFi connections, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Although it may be a strong WiFi connection it's all about the pass through to the end point.

    Low or poor carrier coverage can do the same at times.
