I can definitely manage as long as I don't need any punctuation, as I haven't really memorized where it is on the virtual row still. Well, except period and comma, because they're on the far right and left, respectively. Also double space can make a period. And words with apostrophes usually make it themselves with autocorrect. So really, there are so many workarounds that the 4th row is barely ever used.
