    I am having trouble installing a new SDXC 64GB card I just received from Shop Crackberry. My Passport says it is downloading the media card driver, then tells me there is a media card problem and to go to Storage settings for details. Storage and Access says "the media card format is not supported." and suggests I Format Media Card, which I do. My Passport then on its own goes back and tries to download the driver, and fails. I have tried this several times, removing the card from the Passport between times. No help. San Disc and Shop Crackberry say that this card is suitable for the Passport so I must be doing something wrong, but I haven't a clue what to do.

    Well, it looks as if either no one has an answer or no one wants to be bothered telling me something obvious to many. So, I guess I'll just repackage the card and return it to Shop Crackberry. Thanks for the space to ask the question. I guess I'll have to go to the AT&T store locally, buy a card there and let them install it.

    Try updating your OS to the lastest one available. I can see you are running 10.3.2.556
