    I'm getting very angry with this camera photos just seem washed out what's the best ratio to have it set at to get best results?? Can't find mega pixel count either in the settings

    this will sound dumb but be sure the protective plastic sheet is removed from the camera lens

    From what I heard 4:3 is the best ratio for the passport

    4:3 has the most pixels as this is (approximately) the sensor dimensions.

    Ok will set to that setting just don't seem to be getting good results...and yes the plastic sheet is off lol!!! Maybe I'm doing something else wrong maybe update will fix just slight focus issue

    That's not dumb. It happened to me. I just happened to catch the edge of the plastic and realized it was there.
