Is anyone able to switch their device and this call feature still working on the new phone? Currently, I am on BlackBerry Classic and want to switch to BlackBerry Passport.

Whatsapp stop the invite system where you can call someone and give them the feature. Everything else you see is a scam. I will notify you all as soon as it works again.

That's fine but that thread is doing the same. It's just a duplicate thread.
There are people there who are requesting the same. People are still getting it activated for your info so the invitation is still working.

You can keep this thread alive.

Just enabled it for my cousin yesterday.
Different ways are working right now. It's not as simple to call and get it right a way.

I used my Passport for my cousin. Just used the beta version and rang from an Android phone and left a missed call. Then from BlackBerry Hub, where I could see the missed call, I just rang back. The Calls tab appeared right a way.

If I did the same on Android, the Callback just fails.

It isn't working by directly calling. I only got it working by following above steps. It's a little time consuming though as Whatsapp needs to be reset and configured for it to work.

Just tried it again and not getting it any more. I think the latest beta removed it. I shouldn't have updated it.
