Hi Passport owners. Needless to say that I am envious of you :-) and eager to get a passport for my self. Hopefully very soon.

I have a question: thousands separators do exist in the new passport for the calculator app? Does it have any new features compared to 10.2?

Could you post screenshoots to see how the app look in the new square screen?

Thank you in advance and keep posting your commentaries about the experience with your new Passport.

Edit: sorry. Guess I took the second and third pics a little too fast...

You get the general idea, anyway.

    Thank you.

Could you please type a large number to see if thousands separators are in place and get screenshoot?

From the pictures posted there is no way to see if there are thousands separators.

On a side note, still no simple and plain "^" exponential function.

Yeah, not much of a calculator without powers other than -1 and 2...

    At least e^x is there.

Touch "FN" on the second screen to add an 'x^y' function.

It's there even on 10.2.1. To do 2^3:
    . Type 2, then M+
. Type xY, then 3. The formula will show as Ans^(3. Type) to complete the formula. Then type =.

Thank you for posting the large number. Too sad there is no thousands separator :-(

That is something I consider very important for a business smartphone. Come on BlackBerry you can rise the bar higher.

Awesome, never even saw the FN key before. Great to point that out. Thank you!

    Exponential function question solved!

Now I miss a Solver feature, like what HP business calculators have and of course the thousands separators. Calc app is still an app to be developed a lot more.
