I've been playing around with firefox, googles and the default, haven't tried opera.

    Which do you prefer?

Noticed that Google mobile does not provide the option to time search, past year, past month etc and noticed that gestures do not work when typing in your search inquiry,

    Thoughts?

Try Baidu Browser HD (the tablet version on Snap) - allows you to ditch the Passport's auto-dimming of brightness and ramp up the brightness to its fullest extent. Makes the whites while browsing, and all other colors for that matter, really pop out - the stock browser (which still has the best trackpad functionality), looks drab and kind of ugly in comparison.
