Hi guys!
All of a sudden, when I watch youtube videos they are blurry. At first I thought I was just hitting all the low quality videos but then my wife showed me a youtube video on her Z10 and it was HD so I sent myself the video link and watched it on my Passport and it was blurry. I can't figure out what is going on. Anybody have any ideas?

Are you watching the video from within the Youtube app? If so, open the overflow menu on the top right (three vertical dots) and select desktop. It will launch your browser and from there you can click on the the settings icon (looks like a little gear) and choose the quality of your video, such as 1080p.

Edit:

If you want to go back to the mobile app simply click on the blue lengthwise bar near the top of your youtube page that gives you the option to go back to the mobile app.

Try FastTube from BlackBerry world. In my opinion, it's a better alternative.

So it's whenever I view them on the mobile site, if I go to the desktop site it's fine. Strange though because my wife is using the mobile site as well and no issues.
