    Help please... I entered my payment info. It's processes but won't allow me to purchase anything from the app world. Any suggestions? By the way I'm on at&t with an unlocked passport.

    You may have to get on your PC and go to the Blackberry Knowledge Base... in the search area type in the error code you got.. it will tell you how to correct your issue. More than likely you will need to update your payment information when you log into your BBID.... then update the payment on your phone.

    I've done that. No dice. Went into paypal. Told me to reset pin number but doesn't tell me how to do it
