1. I installed new version of waze but it did not work. Find out that old version (3.9) of waze works well then I tried install it but could not due to the new version is still exist somewhere in system and could not be completely removed.

2. I decided to wipe my passport. Then I successful install waze. But blackberry world fails to load. It keeps loading and rotating the icon.

3. I google the solution but not anyone of them work, included open through music app (not see this option), open the parental controls via browser (loading icon also)

4. I wipe the phone again. After that I open the blackberry world immediately to avoid any other conflict of setting or software. But the problem stills occurs.

When posting this, the loading of blackberry still there. Please help.

It is solved.
I move to other country and it is done.
I thinks it is a problem of the network in some country.
