Hey everybody. I'm sure this problem has been brought up in the forum already, I just can't seem to find a solid solution yet. I'm an avid blackberry 10 user started with Q10, Z30 and now i'm on Passport.

I have been having this problem from my Z30 and passport with BlackBerry World keeping crashing. I have attached a screenshot of the message and OS version. This has been going update after update. Kindly assist with a solution as I can't seem to find a solution.

I've gotten it from time to time over the past month or so and it usually corrects itself on its own.

Have you tried "swipe down", "settings", "General", "Refresh" ?

Maybe that helps.
