At the moment I have a z30... is the Passport now a good upgrade option or is a Lumia 930 better?!

Please help me with my decision community

Battery Life, Ergonomie, Typing long texts and reception with good voice sound is important for me...

Depends on what YOU want. If you want an all touch phone, why would you get a Passport? Lumia 930 is all touch like the Z30 except it runs Windows phone 8.1. You need to try and figure out what would work best for you. The Z30 is great and unless you are tired of it for some reason, why not just keep it?
We can't answer your question. Only you know what would work best for you.

Yes as said above. I was due for upgrade from my Z10 and read reviews of users for past 4 months and were still undecided. Friend got a 930 and i played with it for a short while. I went from a point of wanting this phone so bad to no thanks. Phone great but now i dont like the OS.

When i heard the Z30 is becoming available again here in South Africa i waited and jumped on it when they landed. Must say i love it. Love the hardware and BB10 OS. For one i will get passport when it hit our shores. But taste differs.

I'd read into the threads from new PassPort users. The device is new so people are all over the forums giving their opinions on it

Windows phone 8.1 is not bad. It's my second choice after BB10. But it's very different. Can't tell you anything about Passport.

Sorry guys... I will have a Lumia 930 next after a z10 and a z30... I need a full touch device.... nothing else

Was really considering picking up the Lumia 925, but I'm still looking for the cheapest deals (it's last year's flagship). I think the only reason to pick up the 930 over the Passport is the (much?) better camera, supposedly the best in the market. From my read, BBOS still excels over WP8.1 in usability, and even apps (BB+Android). Plus the 930 doesn't have a SD card slot.
