    Dear All,

    Suddenly I am unable to update or download any app using BlackBerry World. I am using Passport. Did anyone else face this problem? Looking forward to you help. Thanks.

    No issues here on PP SE. All else fails, e.g. restart,hard boot, then Reset would be my guess.
