[CrackBerry Question]

Recently awoke to find that my cable seemed to have melted and subsequently destroyed the charging port. It seems the motherboard remains undamaged but I cannot find the spare part (I literally just need a new charging port and I can have it fixed).
The obvious answer would be send it to blackberry but it's just no that simple... I bough the phone in UK from Amazon last year but I'm currently studying in Egypt and don't trust sending it from here. Can someone help!? Please!

First try changing the cable it might work, even if it seemed melted but don't exert any force to it and check If are remainings around the port that might help, and that didn't work try ordering the micro USB port and change it urself there are lots of guides out there

Vodafone egypt is an blackberry authorized service center, or at least it was when I bought the Z10 couple of years ago... I guess they can repair it.
Also the passport is imported in Egypt by a company called Delta telecom co. , maybe they can repair it for you, so check with them. Their no. is 22752713 or 22873063.

It will be a standard surface mount micro usb port, I would de solder the current one and check ebay for one that looks the same.
