    Hi,

I have connected my passport to a 2.1 channel system via line out. The volume is very less even if the volume is set to the max in phone. I am not facing this issue in headphones and bluetooth music streaming. It happens only in line out.

I also own a Z30 but it doesn't have this issue. I have connected the speakers to another audio source and the speakers sound perfect.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Thanks in advance.

I tried it... dint work. Furthermore audio boost works for headphones only not for line out. The phone decides the type of source automatically.

When you said 'via line out', are you referring to 'headphone' output of Passport? If you do, then I'm afraid that's it! No other way to increase the volume when you reach maximum volume. It even warn you of exceeding increase in volume can damage your ear and ask if you want to proceed... hmm, did you press 'YES'?

Somehow I managed to fix it... but the fix is a bit weird,

Opened the Settings - Main volume
Kept the volume at the highest level and set the
Headphone boost, Music shortcuts and Always adjust media volume to 'off' (it was 'on' earlier')
    Restarted the phone.

Line out volume increased significantly after the restart. Looks like a software issue.
