Can someone help me please? I'm having an issue with my hotmail account. I set up the email, it was working fine yesterday but now after trying to send an email I have a problem - this error keeps coming up: "hotmail is not responding"

When I tap it - it says "the user's account is disabled"

Can anyone help me with this? Emails are very important for my work.

Just out of curiosity, is there a way to silence system sounds such as keypad swipe and camera while maintaining the phone tone? BB7 has this feature and it is sorely missed.

Got my passport few days ago and since yesterday the keyboard scrolling function has stopped working. I used it to scroll down, left and right while in the browser but it has simply stopped. I have tried to change settings in the browser and through settings menu but this thing is not budging. And it is not just the browser, the keyboard scroll is not working in any other application either. Help!!

Try a phone restart after I had my enterprise activation the camera was useless the phone would not wake up and I could not see who was phoning me I was so upset I scolded the BES guys who could not resolve it. I thought there must be a way to restart and see if it will restore held the power key down and option to power down or restart I chose restart and my phone was back.

Also you could have disabled this function go to settings > Display > swipe to wake up enable it
You can also go to settings > security and privacy lock screen enable the power key to lock unlock screen.

Sorry if this has been discussed however how do I set the notifications for my different email accounts? On the Q10 the notifications for emails were in the same space for all notifications.

Help please. I do not believe I am seeing what I need to when it comes to Twitter and my contacts on my Passport. I do not want all of my twitter followers to show up in my contacts list on my passport and I am not seeing how to remove them without shutting down my twitter account or one by one deleting them. HELP!!!!

Hello, while I'm struggling to make WhatsApp work properly (see my other thread here), the perfomance of my battery has dramatically decreased: it lasts for 4/5 hour. Unecceptable as you can guess.
Should I format my Passport and install everything from the backup?
Is there a way to update firmware/os?
Any other suggestion on things to check?
