Hi,
I have a major issue with my blackberry paspport. My phone won't boot up completely. It didn't get to the BB logo. I see a blackberry, it close and it open again. I have no way to stop it.
It is the third time it is happen to me in the month. The first time i just wipe to os with BB link. The second time i dont know how but i make it open then now...

I could restore the OS again but i dont want to loose all my stuff.

Everything happened after i have installed 2 android APP.(Not right away like 10 day later)

I also try the hard reboot but it not seem to work...

Some one can help me ?

Is it a way to make it open without wipe the phone ?

Had this happen and even autoloader did not help. Return for new passport.

No ****... he just booted after 5 hour of booting. Is there only me who have that problem ?

Do you have your PP in a case? Check that the case isn't trapping the power button.
If it isn't in a case, see if you can determine if the power button is sticking, eg when it is continually rebooting, run your fingernail around the button to wiggle it.
