    I am on Bell also. Never got the update notice but had 2267 installed via leak/autoloader and had a few major issues with the update. Screen flicker and would also have sim card not detected issue. Loaded the 2480 leak and knock on wood have been good so far. No more flicker and so far no issue with sim card not detected/sim card blocked/phone is network locked/technical problem. That was the most annoying issue as it happened randomly and would last for varying amounts of time. Sorry for the thread hijack, just thought I would share issues I experienced with that os for anyone searching/looking.
