    At today�s post-Classic event Q&A, BlackBerry confirmed N4BB�s exclusive report that the new OS update, 10.3.1 will be available for in-market devices in February.

    Chen stated there was no specific schedule for each device as this is dependent on carrier approval, but February is the targeted date, according to BlackBerry President of Devices, Ron Louks.
