    i installed this application on my passport, but when i click on the application remains blocked on the initial image, i don't have error message. why not work?

    Did you ask your companies BES admin if there is any special settings needing to be done on the BES? Are other employees able to use the Ent Messaging?

    but the problem is that I'm not doing anything, the program remains stuck on the screen, I can not enter any account.

    You should contact your BES Administrators to see if they support Enterprise IM. If they do, they will publish the app on the work side of the device and you should have access.

    Read the app criteria. You know, where it says you need a BES. App is useless without one which of course is the reason it's not working.
