    I have BB Passport
    software : 10.3.2.2836
    BBM version: 10.13.6.10

    and i cant use voice call or video call with my friend who is using newest version of android phone. On my contact i have green icon for voice call but when i press it nothing is going on... where is the problem??? It is frustrating me becouse i finaly convinced them to install bbm becouse whats app will not work for me and then this not working becouse of my phone...( he can see and start video call but it say to him that that person (me) cannot have video call with
