A friend of mine claims that his Q10 was denied access to Delta's inflight WiFi because it wasn't supported. I thought they used GoGo and as I recall, Delta was a good supporter of BB10. Is this true, or was this "user error". Anyone know? I find it peculiar, you wouldn't be able to use WiFi because of your device.

I suspect it is user error unless the Q10 which he has, is treated differently, but I can't believe that. I would have thought you could access the WiFi with no issues. Thanks.

It may be an issue with Delta Studio - not WiFi - which requires specific browsers.

He alleges he couldn't log on period. I had a hard time believing that. This is how crazy rumours get started. I'm sure it was user error.
