    Hi, I have the blackberry passport, I did the factory reset or security wipe from my phone, I did yesterday perform the security wipe like around till two days it in stock 99% in deleting data and \now it shows BlackBerry Smartphone support - United States . What can i do please help me

    I had that problem. It was stuck at 99% for one whole day. I decided to start again and had that problem. Solution: Go on BlackBerry Link re-download the OS and factory reset your phone with it.
