Best in mobile communication service and Home Internet service? Should I split my services? In internet Cable or DSL? I don't watch TV programs so should I stick with DSL so that I'll pay only the internet and Home phone number?

    +1 for Rogers.

Impossible. All monthly services are one month ahead on paper. That's why it's called pro ration.
