    So when I press p or backspace I heard this annoying cracking noise. Upon further inspection, the entire right side, 3 little black fillers next to p, backspace and enter, as well as the metal bar all seem extremely bendy. I can press down on it and the whole side flexes downward lower than the screen. That annoying cracking creaking noise is the uppermost metal bar rubbing against the bottom of the screen. Anyone else experience this?

    Wish I could help. Mine doesn't have that issue. I would say you have a defected device

    Sounds like a problem with your device. Mine doesn't do this.

    I had this issue with one of the passports I returned. It seemed the right side of the keyboard was set higher than the left. When I pressed down on the edge of the keyboard it too would depress.
    I returned it. I suggest you do the same.

    Sounds defective to me too. Just return the device for a new one.
