    Thumbs up Update

    Just downloaded and updated to 10.3.3.1463. too, with Sasktel. Seems to be a bit smoother but will get back after a week of using and checking out battery life.

    I just tried to download on a z30 and yesterday on a q10
    The device are stuck in the 100% , installing updates and finalizing device setup on the bottom of the screen.

    BB Link did not prompt for the update as I knew something was up. I had to reboot and turn off the updates so they wouldnt render the q10 ussless. I think i will have to do the same on my z30?

    We are both at the same company with a serious IT policy and I wonder if that is the problem?

    Any other suggestions on how to get the phone to complete the install?

    BTW am on the Rogers Network with WiFi connection.

    I think it had settled down, but I did what you suggested anyway - thanks! What has carried over from the previous OS version, is that the hub will go blank for about 30 secs and then comes back again. Looks as if it's indexing or something. No biggie, but it can be frustrating at times.

    blackberry update stuck at 100% finalizing device setup, installing updates on 10.3.3.1463

    Yes, mine z30 attempted to install update and failed. Suck at 100% finalizing device setup, installing updates

    Held the volume up, down and top button down for 20 seconds and eventually came back Failed Installation, reverted to old software.

    Its funny, BB LINK says current version 10.3.2.2474 is the current version for the phone.


    Im not sure if I should be trying to install this update?

    Just a follow up.Bit more than a week though, better late than never! The battery life has gone back to what is was before the update, now getting almost two days as before. Not that much diff otherwise, for me at least.

    I have an unlocked Passport from Bell running on Telus. Received the update last night (10.3.3.1463) I have noticed the browser works better and the whole unit is a bit faster. Or is just my overactive imagination?
