Well this is weird. I am able to bbm video and bbm voice my friend I can see my friends statuses but my messages won't go thru. I am greeted with a red x. This is the only contact I have an issue with. Everything else on my bbm works fine. I even deleted, rebooted and added my friend back and still got the same issue. Is there anyway to fix this issue.

By the way I am on a OG Passport official OS 10.3.1.1581

Try with another friend. Like ^ said, it could be due to your friend's carrier

Have your friend reboot his phone, also make sure his bbm is up today's. Hopefully that helps

Tried that.
I even told him to delete my pin reboot his phone and add me again on BBM and still no result.

He has the passport as well. We can bbm video and voice chat but message won't send.
