    Hi guys,

    I'm getting the 'bberror.com/bb10-0015' msg on my screen. I've opened Blackberry Link, but now the program is stuck at 'downloading updated' (the bar hasn't moved).

    What can I do?

    Skip that whole process and just run the latest autoloader on it. Much easier, cleaner fix for it. - http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...aders-1093246/

    Read those forums there's enough info in there including the step by step instructions multiple times over. Set aside the time to read it through and search if you have questions, I can pretty much guar. anything you may have to ask, has been answered many, many times in one way or another.
