Last 3 days I have super high battery drain while the phone sits on a desk doing NOTHING, last 12 hours I see 87% battery used by Standby. On top of that, the phone is really really hot all the time since this started happening so obviously something is going on.

I checked all the apps, made sure they are not runnign when minimized, deleted all the android apps (only use a few anyway) no effect whatsoever. O/S Version 10.3.3.1435 this was updated 3 months ago, and the issue started 3 days ago.

    Please help !

How long have you used your desk to set the phone on? Are there other electronics also on the desk?
I would shut the phone off and leave it alone for at least 20 min, away from the desk. Then turn it back on, make sure the NFC and blue tooth are off, then set it down at another area (not the desk) and see if that helps.

when I said "desk" it was a figure of speech , I leave it on my desk, nightstand , kitchen counter makes no difference NFC and BT has been off , I rebooted the phone 10+ times, left it off for an hour couple times to be sure, no changes.

Try putting the phone in airplane mode see if it still drains a lot.

Same here. Main drivers are "Standby" and "System" next to "Android Player ". I tried to test the above recommendations. Unfortunately no success.
Any other possible solution to stop that massive battery drain?

Passport, SQW100-1, Softwareversion 10.3.3.1435, OS Version 10.3.3.2135, carrier O2 Germany

Maybe it has nothing to do with battery drain. Maybe the battery is failing. Blackberry Virtual assistant will tell you if your battery is healthy or not. Try downloading it.

Install fresh os with no backup via autoloader, it helped me for draining and heating issue.

If you mean BlackBerry Virtual Expert - I already did it. Health of battery is "green". Thanks for this hint.

With Autoloader I do not have any experience. Is there any manual for doing it? I suppose it needs more deep knowledge...isn't it?

I had the same issue and since I had a whole bunch of Android crap installed I opted for a factory reset. I re downloaded the most critical Android apps that I needed, I had the patched apk's saved on my pc, and now the battery performance is great again.

this is also happening to me. Over the last few weeks my battery goes down fast, and is not representative of my phone use. Also it takes a LONG time to re-charge.

During the last days I checked the system after I deleted some Android apps. I suppose I discovered a crashed app.
The app did not start properly. The screen remained white. I suppose the unfinished opening process lead to system confusion in the background and this affected the battery power drain.
Currently everything works fine so far. Battery drain after almost 2 years old passport is back in line.
Thanks for your responses and support.
