I tried to cancel the factory reset with pushing the on/off button for 30 seconds. Now I got the bb10-0015 error message with yellow triangle. What is this and how can I fix this?

Go to your PC or Mac and open blackberry link. Then connect your blackberry with a USB cable to the PC or Mac. Hold the power, both volume and middle button all at once until blackberry link recognizes your passport. Then select reload software. It will then go through the process of installing it.

Jus had this same issue with my passport...solved it by reloading os through link...now it is as good as new.

So you tried running the autoloader and reinstalling the OS, and it still happens?

If that's the case, then I'm thinking the flash storage itself is suspect.

That is a battery failure. Get it replaced. Same error in my classic and i got a replacement on warranty.
