    Please help. My battery used to last me 2 days. Since the new blackberry update I recieved from Telus my battery only lasts 24 hours and I have not changed the way I use my phone. I am not a tec guy so here is a pic of my battery. What can I do to get it back to the way it used to be

    Do a factory reset. It's good for the device once in a while. Just save all your pictures and documents and then wipe the phone. Reload the apps you want. Your battery life will be back to brand new. Trust me.

    try turning on 'battery saving mode'. you can find this under 'settings' and then scroll down to the bottom.
