Heya everyone,

I've been rocking my Passport for a few months now, but a lot of phone calls have bad reception, it sounds like it keeps losing connection.. So I end up hearing partial words.
Anyone else got this? I got the SE version.

No but the official att os needs to be upgraded. The radio has room to improve also the battery life will be better with a newer OS. Idk about the se.

Check if you have LTE Voice enabled. Some people mentioned that the call quality got better when disabled. Didn't help if you have only 1 bar shown during calls though.

No, it's massively improved over my Z10 and drop calls much less

Where would I find this? I can't seem to find it from the drop down menu and pressing on network..

I went to the TMobile store and got a new simcard let's hope this fixes my issues. I love the Passport and I wouldn't want to send it in for repairs, and go back to my 9900 which lasts half a day with that battery haha.
