    Hi,

    I used to use my iPhone to play music threw youtube on my speakers via AUX and it was great. Since I got the passport I hardly hear when it's playing! It's so low it's a joke! What is there to do?

    Did you try on different speakers. Also headphones. Did u try a different cable.

    Be sure that the main volume is up and the media volume is up. Perhaps the media volume is low. There's no difference for me using Passport aux and other devices aux.

    Turning on volume boost in system volume setting might help.. But your problem seems to be that the headphone jack probably isn't fully inserted.
