i downloaded an autoloader to my phone but it has been stuck on the message "connecting to bootroom " the phone can not be turned off it keeps on displaying the error bb0015 message and i can't find a mass storage drive on the computer itself , so basically the phone is just charging up and i need your help

Making absolutely sure that you have the correct autoloader, press the power key and hold it down for 15 seconds or so until you see the LED blink red. This will reboot your device and hopefully catch the bootloader as you run the autoloader.exe on your PC.

The autoloader cannot be run from your phone--must be a PC with your device connected by usb cable

Are you certain that you have the correct autoloader?

how would i do so ? keep in mind that the phone drive does not appear in the computer , it just charges more , the autoloader that i have is the one with sqw100 but it was just a guess

Is BlackBerry Link installed on your PC? If it is uninstall it completely, reboot your PC, then download and install BL software to your PC again. Then try attaching your device again to the PC.

done that , problem is the phone won't turn off for the BL to run the software or for the autoloader to connect to the boatroom , on blackberry linkthe phone is always disconnected ,

I have pretty much run out of ideas other than see if you can find another PC maybe with Win7 or even XP and another freshly installed Blackberry Link (no iTunes stuff of any sort on the PC) then try the procedure again. There is a known problem with Blackberry Link and iTunes with Windows 10 and also to a lesser degree with Win7.
