My Passport doesn't play sound when accessing video sites such as YouTube on the browser.

    Any ideas?

Open the browser, go to display and actions and check if audio feedback is 'ON'.

Hey,no worries. A restart fixed it.

Must remember to try restart before appealing to CB!

    Hi there,

The mentioned option is useful, if one wants to hear audio feedback, for example when clicking on a link in a webpage.
When I got my new Q10 and started browsing the Internet, I thought the sound was coming from the display itself (and it's faulty). After unchecking the option, I realised sound came from the bottom speaker.
