    Hello,

    So today I experienced my first ever silly fast battery drain. I was tinkering with Audible before work this morning. Closed it down and went on my merry commute. Didn't check it for while and saw I had low battery. Went from 40% to 10% in an hour, ending up at 2% and eventually died before I got a charger. Here's an image I took before it died. Bear in mind I closed the app. What a hog. I do use Advanced Task Killer and close things but I've never experienced this level of Android drain.

    Hmm.. I listen to audible every night and most of the time I fall asleep before closing the app. In the morning it only has 10-15% battery drop

    I only listen when I'm at home with WiFi only. May be you can try to reinstall to see if it fixes the issue.

    Hey thanks,

    What version of Audible are you using? Does Audible work for you when the screen shuts off! Mine pauses playback so it's basically unusable.

    It's 2.11.0 (build 20090). And it does run when the screen is off.
