I am not! I'm a low income person. But since I wanted that phone I was planning to spend the actual full price! and since it was selling that time for 25% off why should ANY one spend $800?

Hmmm, I thought you were the same person that made the below comment that you ordered it at full price because you wanted it. Ok, thanks for clarifying while confusing me.

I ordered the Passport because I want it too. and as I mentioned in an earlier post I ordered it at the original price too. $800.

but the case is a big company as Blackberry they don't seem to respect loyal customers. and they just dumb our calls to a call centre south east of this planet where unqualified people who knows nothing answers your call!

I received an email following a post on the BlackBerry support forum. Turns out my order is in a "waiting state." I'm standing by to hear why.

Received a call from FedEx computer about delivery tomorrow morning that will need to be signed for. No shipping notice shop BlackBerry. Assume it's the Passport. Could be Story Leather holster, but I think too soon for it to be that.

Got my shipping confirmation over night. Tracking shows it's already in mississauga and will be here today.
Ordered regular passport oct 3 around 7:30. Confirmation around 10:30 and backorder email around 10:40. Received the same email most got about October 29th. Happy to be getting it sooner.

Ditto. I'm in Toronto, ordered probably around 7-8 on the 3rd, confirmation at 10:39, back order at 11:38.

Shipping confirmation at half past midnight today, Passport is in Mississauga, delivering to Toronto by noon today,

The actual timeframe on this is totally reasonable. They just needed to manage expectations better at order time. Hopefully they've learnt their lesson.

Same ordered mine on Oct 3rd St around 3pm and got shipping confirmation email yesterday at 10pm.

Already in Mississauga and should be shipped to me by 12pm today.

**mine is non-vip version BTW.

Go to shopblackberry website and log in and see if there is a tracking number listed under box shipment.

Yes my stays changed to "compete" from "in process"

Thanks I just checked and still says boxed shipment and other (one for regular and one for VIP although they are both the same).

Enjoy yours! I'll just have to wait and hope it'll come later today or tomorrow.
