    Just got my new Passport today but not sure how to pull out the SIM cover. Yes I read the manual and saw the lines of "use the indentation on the top of the device to pull the top part of the cover toward you". However this cover doesn't seem to come out...

    The trick is to use that little slit to put your finger in. Mine wasn't too terribly tight. Just tight enough.
