No, i won't replace higher specifications with low specifications. Classic is an improved version of Q10 and i won't consider it at all.The passport is the finest technology phone so far.

have the bold and we are upgrading at work my choices were Note 4, S5, Iphone 6 or 6+, Classic and Passport. Most of the people on my team chose iphone 6, I am the rebel and picked the Passport, a couple of people picked the Classic. Personally I think those that chose the iphone will regret their decision when it comes to a work phone. But only time will tell who made the right choice....or maybe it's just personal and what works for you......Passport or iphone... Can't wait to get my new phone in January.

It was probably just a trick "scenario" to differentiate between the real "hard-workers" and the slackers... I think you're safe with your choice.

Not I. But I am still PO'd about the lack of accessories for the Passport where as the lower end Classic already has a holster.

I might get a Classic for some fun and as a spare phone. As someone else already pointed out, actually replacing the Passport with the Classic would be a severe downgrade.

Not a chance. I don't personally see the need for the belt with BB10, but respect the fact that BB has released a device for those that truly miss it. I hope it encourages legacy BB to upgrade and brings former BB users back, but I don't foresee a whole lot of current BB10 users switching.

If the Classic had come out as the first BB10 smartphone (which it arguably should have been) then I would've jumped all over it just like I did the Q....but the Passport was bound to eclipse either one of them. Just better, faster, more progressive in every facet.

With the invention and design of the gesture based OS10 and the power beast of the Passport, I definately will not use the classic! When you think of the three main gestures: tap, flick and swipe, why would you need to further press the trackpad, return key and menu key!? And for calling having a dedicated call and end button is just redundant! For me I realize this is now my personal preference and taste so hopefully the CLASSIC will be the goto device for those diehard BlackBerry users on older tech and os to finally feel comfortable moving to a better league of device power and function!

I like the look of the Classic, but after having had the greatness of the Passport, I know I'd just be thinking about my Passport every second I was on the Classic.

Also, I'm so used to the keyboard now, using the swipe back to delete, swipe down to display symbols, etc. I'm so used to this big size, anything else wouldn't feel right. I hold my mom's Q10 and think "how did I use this little thing for so long?"

If an old school BlackBerry blue one comes out, I might get one. But the Classic offers me nothing better than my Passport does.
